  • RV covers are encouraged. Tarps are not allowed.
  • Any items stored or left outside of your vehicle are subject to immediate removal and disposal fees will apply.
  • Additional vehicles parked without authorization or payment are also subject to immediate removal and disposal fees will apply.
  • If 15 days past due from due date, an additional charge of $25 will apply.
  • Whenever possible please back into your space and park evenly in-between the lines.
  • We invoice by the total space occupied, not by the space number.
  • Only Storage Pal customers, permitted guests and our associates are allowed inside the storage facility.
  • Arriving after dark? For security purposes, you must call or text us ahead of time with your contact info and ETA to (503) 888-1708.
