Friendly Reminders

• We accept RVs on a case-by-case basis. Be prepared to text a photo of your RV to Shannon (503) 473-4701.

• RV covers are encouraged. Tarps are not allowed.

• No items may be stored outside of your vehicle.

• Whenever possible please back into your space and park evenly in-between the lines.

• We invoice by the total space occupied, not by the space number.

• Only Storage Pal customers, permitted guests and our associates are allowed inside the storage facility.

• Arriving after dark? For security purposes, you must call or text us ahead of time with your contact info and ETA to 503-473-4701.
